4 stars, the system check was not reset

"My experience"
There were not adequate workers to get my oil changed in the time promised. My tires were rotated and I was charged even though I had just purchased tires and did not need the tires rotated. Unfortunately, what went right is forgotten when problems occur and those are what come to mind when asked for a revies

From the get-go, Jack Carroll's has been superior to all other dealerships. The purchase of my car was quick and easy, and all my service appointments have been the same. There is always availability within a week when I call in, and my maintenance of my car is never a concern for me. Staff is friendly, informative and quick to get me in and out.
