"oil change, tire rotation and alignment"
Brought car in for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. When car was done, service adviser said that alignment was not done because when tires were rotated and properly inflated car no longer pulled to one side. One tire in the front was low on pressure causing the car to pull to one side. Saved me the cost of an alignment!!! They could have done the alignment and I would have not known the difference, THAT is what I call customer service. Good job James Woods Hyundia!!!
