Honest Auto repair
Great service and they were upfront and honest abuot their mistake. I had my Honda Civic in for new rings and asked that anything that looked old or suspicious be replaced and specifically mentioned the timing belt and water pump. 6 weeks later I hear an odd noise and take it in to find out the old water pump had failed. They admitted they were embarrassed to have left that water pump in place as it looked old and to be a cheap knock off. They replaced the timing belt, seals and pump with an OEM parts and only charged me for the parts. Its hard to find a mechanic that will not only own up to a mistake but make it right.
