"No worries because it is done right"
The guys at Jay's stand behind their work. They will fix it and will be proactive about letting you know what else may need to be done to the vehicle. I always feel like they have my back!

"No respect for my time"
Although Jay's does decent work, they absolutely have no respect for my time. I took my car in for an oil change. I made an appointment. What should have been a 20 minute procedure took 1.5 hours. I could have been doing other things with my time rather than waiting for my car. I assumed that with an appointment my car would have been serviced as soon as I took it in. There's something seriously wrong with the way this place is managed. Either they are incredibly inefficient, they are overbooked, or they just don't care about my business. Either way, I plan to find an alternative next time I need my car serviced.

If we had taken it somewhere else it would have costed us a whole lot more, you saved us almost $200.00 And you provided us with another vehicle to drive when I needed it the most. "Glad They Checked!"
Early this week, I went to Jay's for an oil change for my 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe. It has 183,000 miles on it and is an excellent and reliable car (I hope to get even more mileage out of it before trading it in). While changing the oil, Jayson noticed that the front right-wheel assembly was coming loose. Had he not noticed this problem, it is possible that the wheel would have come off while I was driving! I immediately asked him to change the wheel assembly, which he did. The whole job (oil change and wheel assembly replacement) was done within a couple of hours and at a fair price. I am really pleased by the ethics and professionalism of Jay's Automotive.
