Use proper oil, if it says 5W30 do not use 5W20.

ADVISED THE OIL THAT WAS CHARGED OUT ON REPAIR WAS WAS WRONG THE TECH DID PUT THE PROPER WEIGHT OIL IN ADVISED THE CUSTOMER IF HE WANTED US TO DOUBLE CHECK BRING CAR BACK AND WE WILL DRAINN AND REFILL

They are unprofessional no call backs lied about getting recalls fixed. Im not sure if they really did anything at all... I WOULD LIKE ANOTHER DEALER TO LOOK THE CAR OVER TO MAKE SURE IT IS FIXED

"Will get oil and grease on your door/steering wheel/floor mats."
Non apologetic manager - they cleaned the door off and I had to shampoo the floor mats.
