Matthew said he gave the front desk employee at this business instructions to check the oil, and the washer fluid. When he went to pick up his vehicle none of the things he had asked were done besides the repairs. He said he did not appreciate the lack of respect from the front desk worker, he was not personable at all. However, he still would recommend this business to others.
