Alex said he made an appointment to get the vehicle tuned up. He said he brought his vehicle in and he was told they would do an oil change and not a tune up because they did not have the time to perform a tune up. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.

THE CUSTOMER ONLY WANTED TUNE UP CHECK WHEN MADE APPOINTMENT SO I DID NOT SCHEDULE ENOUGH TIME TO DO TUNE UP NOT KNOWING IF HE WOULD WANT IT DONE OR NOT AND WITH THE COLD WEATHER WE WERE SCHEDULED REAL TIGHT ON TIME THAT IS WHY IT DIDNT GET DONE.
