"Always a positive experience"
Every experience that I have had with the Jim Burke Hyundai service center has positive and is one the primary reasons that I am considering purchasing another Hyundai instead of looking at other manufacturers. I really appreciate Jordan Cook's advise on my service needs and I never feel pressured to make a decision. I also appreciate the friendly and convenient shuttle service to and from my office in Hoover. Not to mention Jimmy, the shuttle driver, has a lot of interesting stories to pass the time.
