Driver side door lock on 2009 Aveo
Service department followed procedures outlined by JJC and was polite. My question was how many issues need to be reported on the Driver side door lock on Aveo's have to be reported before it is a recall? I paid the bill of almost $80.oo (cost for estimate) to find out a bolt on the inside of the door lock came loose. No broken parts not repairs needed. This is my first Chevy not sure what to think.

Customer Service with Satisfaction
Compared to Escondido Chevy, Jimmie Johnson has them beat by a landslide. I found a new dealership that I can trust with my car and getting a new car/truck for the right price. The customer service is spectacular with great satisfaction.Slava is a great sales person with knowledge and understanding. He actually listened to what I wanted instead of telling me what I wanted."JR" was great with getting my paper work done quickly along with answering the tons of questions I had. Brandon is a great manager with a caring/understanding additude about the horrible time My husband and I went through with Quality Chevy of Escondido. I see all of my service going to Jimmie Johnsons from now on. Thank you to all of you who worked hard to get me into my new car. I grealty appreciate it !! :)
