"Low customer satisfaction"
The price was settled, they were to call when the work was done. There was no call. When I went to pick up the car the price was raised by $31.00 above the settled estimate. When I asked, no one would answer other than one staff member who gave a vague answer to a completely different question. They are required to tell you of any price changes before that work is done. There was no call. And so far no clear answer as to why.
