Charles said he went to 3 or 4 different places, dealerships and everywhere, but nobody figured out the problem until he got to this business. The man he dealt with just diagnosed it, and Charles got it fixed, but without him Charles didn't know what he would have done. He was getting ready to get rid of the vehicle, and nothing worked until he went to this business. It's running perfectly now. Charles really thanked Jobob Automotive Services for that. He'd even called him to thank him, but he was out of town so he talked to his secretary. Charles staled he wanted to make sure the man he dealt with knew he really appreciated it. Charles was out $1,100 or so from everywhere he'd been before, and he 100 per cent appreciated what he did.
