Bad service
Made an appointment for 8:30a.m., got there on time. They didn't start working on my car until after lunch. At that time they found the water pump was out. This was on Friday before Labor Day. They couldn't get it fixed on Friday so I went 5 days without a car. Got my car on Tuesday at 5p.m.
