We did not replace the customers door-only his mirror and it is the exact same mirror as the other side. The door did open from the inside when he picked it up, but he subsequently had an issue with it, which we fixed. We did not lose a piece on the inside of his door, a tab broke off of it and when it comes in, we will take care of that for him, as well. We appreciate this customers business and plan on staying with it until we get him completely satisfied.
We did a good job repairing Mr Hobbs vehicle. We finished the vehicle before the estimated completion date and he was happy when he picked his vehicle up. He did bring the vehicle back inquiring what the sp[ots were on the lip of his hood and we explained to him that they were rock chips-not bugs. They are rock chips and Mr Hobbs seemed to be satisfied with the reason given. He is a valued customer and we appreciate his business.
