Ashley said this business was very helpful and friendly. She is unsure if she is satisfied with the quality of the repair because she has some questions regarding the repair work. There is some rattling coming from her vehicle that she is not sure of. Her vehicle was delayed for 3 days due to them having to order parts. She plans on taking her vehicle back into this facility to get some of her questions answered.

William said the new bumper had a scratch on it. The vehicle was ready on time but while picking up the vehicle, he noticed the scratch on the bumper. He did not leave with his vehicle. It took them 3 hours to fix it.

Javier said the customer service was very good at the business but there were some minor flaws with the body work. The parts do not line up the same on both sides. It is bothering him and they should have done a better job. Other than that, they did a great job and the paint was perfect after they removed the residue that was left. He would recommend them to others but he would tell them to make sure they check everything before they leave.

John said this business did a good job and had a quick turnaround. He did notice after they repaired the vehicle some scratches on the passenger side of the bumper. The scratches were not there when he dropped the vehicle off so the scratches must have been made when they took the bumper off or when they re-attached it. He is planning on calling them and talking to them about the scratches.

Spoke with Joyce. She said she had to wait 4 hours for her vehicle after they told her it was ready for pick up. She had to take the vehicle back to the Fort Walton facility 3 times. They gave her some touch up paint and then the hub of the vehicle was falling out and she had to take it back. She would not recommend the Fort Walton facility for reasons stated.
