James said he had trouble being kept notified on the progress on the vehicle. It ended up being 3 days late. Initially, they were going to repair the fender but once they removed it, they found additional damage, so they replaced it. They had to order a new one. They did not keep him adequately informed about the status. They should have notified him right away when they found the additional damage. He is not very likely to recommend this business because of the reasons mentioned.

Spoke with Aaron. He said the staff never returned his phone calls and it took 2 weeks for them to get his new bumper. It looks great but it is very unlikely that he would recommend them to friends and family because he could not use his tailgate for awhile and it was a big inconvenience.

We received the incorrect bumper on this customers vehicle. We not only had to reorder, but had to wait until the correct bumper came in so we could complete the repairs. This delay did cost us a few days. The customer was very patient and we appreciate their business.
