Lyman said after he picked his vehicle up he noticed it was running hot. He called the business and told them, and they said he should have it towed back. There was a hole in the radiator that they had not noticed during the repair.

Derek said this was an awesome experience. Claudia and Joey were so polite and courteous, this business went over and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. After the vehicle was completed, the business found a couple of other things that needed their attention and they were taken care of before his vehicle ever left the business.

Frances said she dropped her vehicle off at this business and her daughter picked it up because she is out of town. They were kind and informative. Willis said the fender was not put on very well and is sticking out where they put the new bumper on. His wife is returning tomorrow because of a rip in the upholstery and she will have the fender looked at too. His wife was the person involved so he is unsure if she was kept adequately informed or if the repairs were explained.
