"Not a good start to a customer relationship."
Since the left front door outer handle was replaced (works great so far) the window does not roll up correctly..

When the vehicle came into the shop Sandys son dropped the vehicle  off and signed off on the paperwork which indicated us to allow him to take the possession out of the vehicle. We did not get a phone call from Mrs. Sandy until later on in the day telling us not to let her son pick up the vehicle. Sorry for the miscommunication and I hope your family dispute is now taken care of, and that our review rating will now be further looked into.

"Service and partial 170,000 mile tune up. "
As always, I was treated very well. The staff also works with me on costs, breaking down the
necessary work, so I am able to fit it in the budget. Although, maintenance on vehicles seems
to be astronomical anymore. It is amazing to me what it costs to do right next to nothing.
However, my car is running well, since I have been taking it to your business.
