"Relay 109 went bad"
Found problem, fixed and back on the road < $150. Awsome!!! Love these guys.

"I like Johns knowledge and cars and honesty."
Yes, but the time I had to wait for my car to many day's. By the time I dropped off my car and worked on was about a week and a half.

Elizabeth said she always gets good results from this business because they have good mechanics on staff. They understand her vehicle and they are responsive. They are knowledgeable and they work with her on scheduling. However, the last time they had her vehicle they were working on her coolant and now her air conditioning is not working so she will have to take the vehicle back.

Kurt said the staff are not very good at communicating. He would have to call all the time to find out the progress of his vehicle. He would recommend them for service because they do good work. He would like the management to know that after his previous visit his exhaust is leaking and it wasn't before.

The last communication I had with you, you were going to bring the car in to check the exhaust leak. Your car never left the ground in my shop so I have no idea why your exhaust is leaking. Since you didn't respond to my offer to look at the problem I don't know how to respond. I am here 8am to 5pm weekdays to look at your car together.

Max said the service was good, and the prices were reasonable but it took a long time. He understands the circumstances. This business blindly accepted his vehicle when it was towed there. It took a while to get the parts, but once they received the parts, it was done in an okay manner and now the vehicle runs great. They will continue to receive his business.

"Fantastic Service"
MsLinda bug was having a problem that morning with the thermostat indicator being red blinking and sounding off..I called and your employee (can't remember name-new to me), said bring in after my dental appointment, he diagnosed the problem right away on the spot, fixed and hooked my radio back up..Picked up our car 3 hours later..Was very pleased with the work as usual at John's..and very pleased with the the prompt service we received..Seems to be no problems now and we have the radio hooked up again..Always, always, appreciate your business (John and Margie)..also your sister is very very nice like yourself Margie..I had to take a "second look" and said "oh, you aren't Margie" hahaha..Thanks again!!
