"New brakes for my Audi A6"
Very pleased with the service.

I had to get all 4 rotors and brakes pads replaced on my Audi A6. This is an expensive job. I got estimates from both Audi dealerships in KC. JOCO Auto came in 42% and 114% lower than the two Audi Service centers. I know that 50-60% of a dealership's revenue is driven by their service centers, but this appeared to be excessive.

"Long wait but worth it"
Had several issues going on, one that was electrical. They found it and got it fixex. I liked the fact that Allen came out to talk about the problem and was then able to find the issue. He even fixed my rearview mirror and broken windshield wiper. The folks out front are terrific. Cate is so personable with customers. The gentlemen behind her at the desk, realized i dont know his name and it should be Mr calm, cool and collected is wonderful with the customers no matter their state of mind. These folks not only do good work but communicate well with the customers and that makes a huge difference. I will be back, thanks, but i will make it on a friday next time though!?! Lol

"Great Place to take your car"
I went in there because my car was overheating. They were great they found the issue even took me outside to show me the issue and explained in detail why my car was overheating. Even though they were busy they took the time to look at a few other things and I wanted to get quotes on. At the end of my visit I left with three different quotes on the things I needed to get done. They are very friendly, honest and caring. I would recommend you take your car there.

Extent of repairs and cost are explained clearly up front. They make sure the problem is resolved, I was very pleased with the quality of the service and that they want to make sure the problem is corrected and the customer is satisfied.
