Good price. Got me in without appt.
Job took longer than expected for what was needed. However later explained. Would suggest updating customer of progress if job taking to long rather than sitting and waiting.

I apologize for the inconvenience of the time and for not updating you. I was actually the one who went out and worked on your car, and I'm the only one in the office. I didnt want you to have to wait too much longer. I will try and do better as far as informing customers waiting of the progress of the car. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
