We had ordered a Battery for Mr. Lopez's 2004 Pruis not a normally stocked item. When Mr. Lopez dropped off his car the next day we removed the battery(it is in the trunk storage area) and matched to the new one, we could see it wasn't a match. Calling our supplier we were told there are two batteries listed for this car and he had not sent us the right one. We were able to find a battery, pick it up and install it by 1:30 that day. We had told Mr. Lopez it would be done by 10:30 and we were sorry it couldn't have been done by then .
