Kelly said she feels really comfortable at this business. The people are very friendly and they always offer her coffee. She really likes that they are a no pressure environment. If there is something wrong with a customer's vehicle and it is not super urgent, they won't try to force them have it taken care of right away and they explain everything about the issue.
