Warren said the mechanic he worked with, John, was understanding about his financial constraints. While doing work on the vehicle John realized that the vehicle needed another part but based on the value of the vehicle he put a used older part on the vehicle. This was thoughtful because Warren could not afford what would have been another $1,200 for the newer part.
