Recently had oil and filter changed and recall (computer) updated. Typical service for this dealership. Usually they seem overwhelmed and not staffed to meet demand. I didn't wait to get greeted to long this time but in the past it was hard to get anyone's attention. The probably need to have a special counter just for walk in oil changes to make things go faster. Took about an hour or so which is a bit too long for just an oil change and computer update.

Thanks for the comments on your last service visit. I researched the the work that was performed and actually the services that were performed on this visit did fall in line with the 1 hour time frame. The software download can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 40 minutes depending on the car. We are in process of adding additional staff in the service lane to assist our clients due to our growth in service clients.
Hopefully next time we can earn a 5 Star rating.
