Recall
Shift handle and console was damaged during repair for recall. Exceedingly long wait time to check out. Vehicle returned in worse condition than before service. This is not the first time. They replaced the steering wheel at one service and the tech did not tighten the steering wheel nut. By the time my wife got home we were able to pull on the steering wheel and remove it from the shaft. Another time they did an NC inspection and entered the wrong vin number. Had to bring the vehicle back again.
