"Very professional"
Called a few days ahead to make appt. And was given time and date. That night I got an email to confirm appt. But was diff time. Went to appt and they could not find me in system. Asked if I was at the right location. Showed him email and said he had no scheduled appt for me at all. Was frustrated because I not only had confirmation but talk to guy on phone prior. He was able to get me in right away. Would give 5/5 if not for scheduling aspect.

"I love this place!!"
I have been taking my cars to Kellers for several years. I have never had poor service and i trust them completely! I know my vehicles are always in great hands when I bring them in!! Thank you Eric and crew for taking such good care of our cars!!

James said the guys at this business are professional, and the service is quick. He dropped his vehicle off for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the signal lamp changed. It was all done within a half hour. Overall he is satisfied.

Ashley said she had a frustrating experience with this business. She was the only person there and she asked to be called when her vehicle was ready. They said it would be 30 to 40 minutes. After an hour she went back because they hadn't called her and the man the counter said that he had forgotten.
