"Very professional"
Called a few days ahead to make appt. And was given time and date. That night I got an email to confirm appt. But was diff time. Went to appt and they could not find me in system. Asked if I was at the right location. Showed him email and said he had no scheduled appt for me at all. Was frustrated because I not only had confirmation but talk to guy on phone prior. He was able to get me in right away. Would give 5/5 if not for scheduling aspect.

Cynthia said the service at the business was good, but the staff was not happy about her statements about the airbag she bought from Car Max. She had an issue with the airbag in the vehicle and she said she felt it was dangerous. The employees defended the facility because it is known to provide quality service and they did not appreciate what she said about them.

"Normally, Five Stars"
I was more than disappointed, after having made an appt. for my husband to take his truck in at 9am, that he shows up and is told there is no appt. scheduled. I even made him show them the email confirmation! Your service is always spectacular, and yes, this was the one time that something went wrong, however, I found it a bit discouraging that the problem was met with an 'oh sorry, we switched over websites so we dropped appts.". I'm not sure what I would have expected, but it threw our plans off by an hour, which to some is no big deal, but to those of us who have to plan our days out on the weekend in order to get things done, it is a big deal. We were grateful to have it done before noon, but that house is part of our valuable time as well. Again, normally five stars would have been my rating, but this one experience that I was asked to rate, has four, because I didn't feel our time was valued.
