"Friendly, Fast and Fair"
I have been bringing my car to Keller's since our move to Parker over 2 years ago. I have always been treated with friendly respect, provided fast service and given a fair price (love the coupons). I'll be back.

"Difference between quoted repair price and final price"
The phone quote I received on Thursday May 1 was in the $600 dollar range. When I picked up my truck on May 2 and added the $125 dollar coupon the final price was over $700. What happened? Additionally, the one time leak I noticed is now recurring continuously so I will have to return again.
I am diligent in maintaining and repairing my high mileage vehicle and I expect consistency between quoted prices and final prices.

"Jeep Liberty"
Dropped the Jeep Liberty off at 615 PM, using the key drop slot. Received a call in the morning to discuss what needed to be repaired, and by 4 PM it was done. Keller's fixed my brakes and did an oil change. The car works just fine like it should after a repair.

They do honest work at a fair price and stand behind their repairs. I don't think you can ask for anything more in a mechanic.

"Service kept simple"
Service, appt on time, done right first time, in and out, pricing reasonable. Our first usage. Will use again for our second vehicle soon. First appt was for oil, tire rotate and new w. Blades. Again, simple and convenient.
