"Friendly, courteous staff"
The employees are always very friendly, helpful and courteous! I am always surprised at how quickly they take my car in for service and how quickly and accurately the service is performed. A lot different than going to the dealership!!!

"Honesty and doing the agreed work."
Honesty is something you don't find in auto repair. They listen to what you want done and do only that.

It is not that you paid $70 more than your estimate. It was $70 more than the coupon price due to the fact that your truck requires 8 quarts of full synthetic oil, and you where given that estimate before we did the work.

"The staff for sure!"
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Keller's Auto. They always go above and beyond! And in my experience that is very rare!! The manager Nate is very exceptional! I refuse to go anywhere else! This place is the BEST!

Duane said that they are still experiencing the same unspecified problems that they took the vehicle in for. He said they were told it would only take one day to get the work done. They took the vehicle in on Friday as they were told to, and did not get it back until late Monday. He said it was really an inconvenience for them. This was the first time they went to this business and it was the last time. He will not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.

Duane I am sorry that your car is doing the same thing that it came in for,  however you diagonsed it and declined our diagnostic if you would like you can bring it back and we can run our diagnostic on it and tell you what we find.
