"Long Wait, Bad Customer Service"
Called and made an appointment at 730am. Was told it would take a couple of hours for the diagnostic. 3 and half hours later I called was told still reading the diagnostic when I told them most likely what was wrong. It took a total of 7 hours and many excuses. The work was done great. Please don't quote times and not fulfill it.

"Excellent service at great rates!"
Brought my 18 year old car in for an oil change and air conditioning recharge - cost was less than estimate and the air conditioner works like new! Always have had great service and fair pricing from the folks at Keller's.

Tom said this business is able to compact all his vehicles to handle the issues in a timely manner, no matter how busy they are. He has never had any issues with the repair work. Nate, the owner or manager, was his main contact at this business. He is the only one he really talks to because he knows his job and goes out of his way to make sure the customers are taken care of really well. He is a people person.

Nate and his crew go above and beyond and don't cut any corners. They fix what the dealerships miss and make sure you're driving a safe vehicle after you leave, without making you take out a second mortgage to pay for needed repairs. Trust them unconditionally.

"Fixed my Brakes quickly"
Keller's is always fair and fast when I drop my car off with them. They are upfront about how long it will take to look the car over and listen to my concerns with it. The quotes are fair and I have had nothing but great service every time I've been there.
