Robert said that this was a really good business but they were four days late with his vehicle due to parts and the insurance company. They did not communicate that his vehicle would be late. He called the day that his vehicle was promised but they delayed the vehicle two days due to parts. Then he called two days later and the insurance company had not given this facility a check for the repairs so they would not release the vehicle. He had to call the insurance company and his vehicle was released 45 minutes later. He recommended that they communicate better with their customers and let them know what is going on.
