Spoke with Balamurugan. He said he was initially happy with service but when he took he took the vehicle in for the complimentary inspection he noticed that the business did not do anything. The customer is now very dissatisfied and unsure if he received good service. He said he contacted the business four days ago and nothing came out of the conversation. He does not plan on addressing the issue any further. He would not recommend the business due to reasons already stated.

Spoke with customer he is happy with the repairs. He came in for his free car was and post repair inspection where we address any issues they may have with the repair. He was under the impression that the post repair inspection was more involved. We check the vehicle to make sure the repaired areas are looking good. We do not take the vehile apart or lift it in the air for this inspection. I told the customer if he would like he could bring the vehicle in and I would go over the repaired vehicle with him. He said he may take me up on that when he is not so busy at work.
