Zoya said the business did a pretty good job. The estimated time was not very accurate. The time the vehicle was supposed to be ready changed twice. The vehicle was schedule to be ready on Wednesday, then changed to Friday. She was not able to pick up the vehicle until Monday. She was not given a reason for the changes.
