Spoke with Jessica. She said this business did a good job and she has no complaints about them. She was surprised however, that the entire enclosure was not replaced. They only replaced the mirror. The repairs were delayed because the paint did not dry quickly enough. This was an inconvenience for her because she needed a vehicle and she was paying for a rental.
