Michael stated his repair was 2 days late due to additional damages being found and they needed to complete the pin striping. As a result, they charged almost $100 in additional costs for his repair. There was a loose battery issue, which caused the dashboard not to function properly. He did not bring the issue up with the business, he tightened up the battery cable himself. It resolved the issue, and it was a great relief it wasn't something more than a loose battery cable. The business could serve him better by providing quality control regarding the dashboard warning light displays.
