Spoke with Megan. She said the customer service was good. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. Whenever she called they answered all of her questions. The environment was nice. The repairs look great. They worked with her insurance company. She said State Farm did a random audit of the repairs and they approved. There was about a 6 day delay when they found additional damage twice near and under some panels. The business did not inform her about the delay. She said she wishes they had called about it before she checked in with them.
