Vamsikrishna said he expected more communication. He said one time the insurance company called him and told him the work was going to cost more because once they started the work they found that more things needed to be replaced, which raised the price. This business told him later on, but it would have been nice if he had heard it from them first. He would recommend this business. They're friendly.
