Curtis said there has been a misunderstanding with the business on each of his last few visits. They have communication problems with everything. When he went to pick up the vehicle, he saw they missed a spot on the molding. He had to wait until the following Monday before his vehicle was ready. He would not recommend the business for the reasons mentioned.
