Beeta said at the end of the repair she was supposed to receive a call around 4:00 pm to let her know that her vehicle was ready. When she did not receive the call she called the business herself to figure out what was going on. They told her it was not ready yet and that she would receive a call letting her know that it was done. She asked if she did not receive a call should she come in and get it, and was told no because that meant it was not ready. At 5:30 pm she received a call from a woman at the business asking if she was coming to pick up her vehicle because she was told that she was on her way, which she was not. The vehicle still was not ready. It was being washed and she wanted to know if she was going to pick up her vehicle that night or the next. She mentioned she felt the business gave poor customer service at the end but it was great before the confusion happened.
