Sivaji said the vehicle was ready one day later than promised because they forgot about the timing for the chip guard. They did keep him fully informed so he was satisfied with the additional day it took. He also said at first he was not satisfied with the courtesy of the business because they said they would not be able to pick him up for the repairs so he was not going to have them repair the vehicle. A week later he called and spoke with the person that provided him with the estimate and he said they would be able to pick him up, which made him satisfied with the courtesy.
