Brian said his experience was great with the service manager, the quality of the work was great and his vehicle was on time. His only issue was that at the end of his visit, he tried to speak with the owner about something and the owner would not even make eye contact with him or give him two minutes of his time. This has left a bad taste in his mouth and he said he thinks that was a pretty weak way to treat a customer.
