Dave said he was happy with the work. The business could have communicated more during the process and the customer service in the past was much better. The business had to order the part and they told them they would start the work when the part came in. The staff did not make it a priority to work on the vehicle. The staff was not very service oriented on this visit. As a result they waited longer than the promised time but did not say how much longer.
