Juan said the business took an extra 18 days with three extensions. When he picked up his brand new vehicle, there was a scratch on the bumper panel and passenger side door. They put the wrong cap on the tire. They told him they sent his vehicle to a third-party vendor for some repairs. His vehicle is now with them, and if they do not do a better job, he will contacted a lawyer about this. He will file a small claims suit. His vehicle was returned filthy. The staff was not professional and kept pointing fingers. The communication was poor. He has not been apologized to for the lack of concern. He said he is very unhappy with the repairs. They are paying for a rental, but he did not feel comfortable leaving his vehicle there. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
