Teresa said that the work that was performed on her vehicle was fabulous but the only issue she had was that she received a text message saying that her vehicle was ready so she left work an hour and a half early to go get it. When she got to the business they told her it was not ready and she was going to have to return the next day. When she asked about the text message they said that the message had come from Farmers Insurance and not from the business.
