Jes said his experience started out positive and the work done was well but the customer service at the end of his experience was not very good. The bolts for his windshield wipers went missing and the facility blamed the glass company for it. The glass company blamed the facility. The facility told him it was not their fault and he needed to go away because they could not help him with the situation. There was also a film left on the windows after the repair which he cleaned off himself. It came off easily and he does not blame the facility for not cleaning it. He is not likely to recommend the facility because of the customer service he received.
