Amanda said when the vehicle was returned to her the inside smelled really bad. She was not satisfied with the way the vehicle was cleaned due to the odor which smelled like rotten milk. When she arrived Tom McCune came out from his desk and made her feel really welcomed, as though the business appreciated her.
