Annika said she had to go back twice because the facility didn't finish the full work order. They missed an entire portion of repairs so it was really inconvenient for her. She chose not to be more specific. She was satisfied with the quality of the work and paint only after everything finally was done. The mistake resulted in a delay of about three weeks. The missed work was due to an employee mistake. She was satisfied with the courtesy of the personnel except for the employee who made the mistake. She would not recommend this facility to others because of the mistake.
