Todd said this business would say a certain day and it wouldn't be ready, then they'd say it would be ready the next day, but he'd call back and it wouldn't be, and they'd say it would be a couple more days, but he'd call and it wouldn't be ready. They estimated 2 weeks but it ended up taking over 3 weeks. The reasons he was given for the delays were vague. For the most part he was satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism, except they'd tell him one thing and it wouldn't happen. He probably wouldn't recommend this business because due to the above, he was unsatisfied.

After tear down there was found to be alot more damage found than seen at the time of the first estimate. Customer was informed of the additional damage and told that some of the parts were on back order and we told him we would contact him when the dealer told us when they thought the parts would come off back order. Some of the parts did not come off back order when we were told they would. Therefore we had to change the date beacuse with out those parts we could not finish the repair.
