Spoke with Eugene's wife. She said there was an issue with the repairs they did on the liner of the vehicle. She chose not to elaborate further. The repairs took an extra day because they were a little more intense than previously expected.

Mr. Horst came back in to Kelly's so we could look at the tailgate spray on bedliner that was done as part of repair. The spray on liner followed the contour of the tailgate rather than in a straight line. Customer was given the option of redoing bedliner - he decided that it was fine as is.
