Spoke with Sandra. Sandra said the staff performed an excellent job and were very personable. Her husband was 100 percent impressed with everything. The staff performed good work, and they loved their vehicle. The staff also followed up with 1 unspecified issue they were not sure about, and they took care of everything. They were surprised the inside of their vehicle was as clean as the outside. As a result of the level of repair services and support they have received, they could see why Kelly's Body Shop has been in business so long. They were glad they decided to follow the insurance carriers provider list recommendations, and they have already recommended the business for repair services.
